  • Oat milk1 1/2 cups
  • Dried culinary lavender1 tsp
  • Ashwagandha powder1/2 tsp
  • Raw honey or maple syrup1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon1/4 tsp
  • Vanilla extract1/2 tsp
  • NutmegPinch

How to Make It

    Pour oat milk into a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add dried lavender buds.

    Gently warm the milk for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not let it boil.

    Strain out the lavender buds through a fine mesh sieve into a mug.

    Whisk in ashwagandha powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg until smooth.

    Stir in honey or maple syrup to taste. Drink warm, 30-60 minutes before bedtime for best results.
