Ingredients

  • Frozen blueberries1/2 cup
  • Frozen açaí packet1 (100g)
  • Banana1 medium
  • Oat milk1 cup
  • Flaxseed meal1 tbsp
  • Chia seeds1 tbsp
  • Maple syrup1 tsp (optional)

How to Make It

    Run the açaí packet under warm water for a few seconds to soften slightly.

    Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

    Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.

    Taste and adjust sweetness with maple syrup if desired.

    Pour into a glass and drink right away for the best texture.
