  • Frozen banana1 large
  • Peanut butter or almond butter2 tbsp
  • Oat milk1 1/4 cups
  • Hemp or pea protein powder1 scoop (25g)
  • Medjool date1, pitted
  • Ice cubes4-5

How to Make It

    Add oat milk, frozen banana, cacao powder, nut butter, protein powder, and pitted date to a blender.

    Add ice cubes for extra thickness and a frosty texture.

    Blend on high for 60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
